Jesse Levin is a Personal Trainer/Sports Scientist who’s passion drove him to the health and fitness industry. He began his journey with the main objective of empowering individuals with the right skill set, knowledge and the necessary guidance to assist and inspire a heathy lifestyle. With a strong belief of the necessity for an active lifestyle; he went on to do a personal training diploma; after which he further expanded his knowledge by obtaining a Sports Science degree as well as various well-accredited short courses.

His main focus was developing his knowlegde and expertise by honing in on strength and conditioning, high performance training, sports specific training and calisthenics. In order to achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all the dimensions of health and wellness, Jesse believes in building a solid foundation by mastering the basics and training out the weaknesses by means of challenging individuals in a fun and rewarding way.

Jesse lives by the philosophy that individuals should be able to move their bodies effortlessly through multiple planes of motion, after all movement is the medicine for creating change in a persons’ emotional, physical and mental state.
